Jackie did my nails and she did a really good job. There’s new employees nail techs they have awesome service. i’m very picky with my nails and she did a really good job and last time I got my pedicure with Laura also she did awesome job.

Decent work but when the price changes every time you come, that’s ridiculous. My mom and I have come for months now paying $40 plus tip, today I came in for exactly what I always get and it was $55, mind you it’s a solid color NO design or anything. I saw her change the price from $25 basic pedicure to $30 which I didn’t get anything special, not even the hot towels so idk what the extra $5 was for. She also said the other girls were getting confused with their pricing. I asked so that’s all the time cause this has been multiple pedicures not just one that mistakingly gave me a cheaper pedicure. I don’t mind paying more when that’s been the price or if they happened to RAISE their prices but that wasn’t the case.Service: Pedicure

Employees were very helpful during the service and definitely worth the money!Update: stopped by last weekend for Easter and found out the male technician has been fired! Glad to hear action was being taken and more promising employees have now taken his place. Atmosphere is very relaxed here now. Love my nails from Laura.

Don’t step foot in this place! Male nail tech was rude, unprofessional, aggressive. When I told him he had cut my finger his response was to say that next time I could choose someone else to do my nails. When I asked to speak to the owners he yelled at me, like at the top of his lungs yelled at me! I yelled right back to stop yelling at me & to lower his voice. To top it off he said I shouldn’t be speaking Spanish, that this was American Baby! He could have just apologized instead of being hyper aggressive, verbally abusive & racist but here we are. Oh and owners were called and were absolutely no help!Service: Acrylic nails

My sister had a horrifying experience at this nail salon! She went in to get her nails done and was YELLED AT by a male technician for speaking Spanish to another employee and daring to point out that he cut her finger and didn’t fully remove the previous manicure. Instead of offering an apology, the man got aggressive and berated her in front of everybody and went on to claim he was the owner.. which he is not! No one should ever be treated the way this man treated her. When the actual owners were contacted about this employee’s behavior, nothing was done about it. I would never go to this salon or recommend anybody go here. Stay far away from this place!

This place is the worst. Now I know why they never have people. I witnessed a woman get verbally assaulted by a man that works there today. He was saying racist things to her all because she spoke spanish to another nail tech. He had cut her finger prior to him yelling at her and instead of apologizing he berated her in front of everyone. The owners were called and they didn’t say anything or apologize. Ladies and gentlemen, take your business elsewhere, you might just get verbally assaulted and leave with an infection if you go there.Service: Nail polish changes

Very awful service, and bad business practice by the owners who do nothing when informed about aggressive and racist employee who claimed to be the owner himself! Nobody should go here unless they want bad nail service and to be yelled at.

Terrible service Asian male tech abused a lady in there and started saying that this was America and you shouldn’t be speaking Spanish he needs to get fired immediately never going there again.He also made her bleed called owner completely useless worst service ever.I’m currently going to the one in McAllen next to Pizza Hut they have better service and better optionsService: Acrylic nails
