Purchased pump 2020. At the time of purchase they warrantied in-house. Fast forward you now you handle your own warranty with manufacture. Everything is over priced. Purchase on Amazon. Albert with Leslie’s said to consider purchasing a motor every 2-3 years

I had a problem with my pump. The Manager sold me and replaced a new motor and my pump has never worked better! (saving me from buying a new pump setup) So for this I give 5 stars. They have issues with follow-up and answering the phone, but hey is sooo the Valley!

Worst service I've ever experienced from supposedly professionals. Sales reps were rude, unhelpful and did not seem very knowledgeable about products and pool maintenance in general. Will never go there again!

Has anyone notice how they try to up-sale you on products. Makes no sense to buy a product to raise the PH then the next to add acid to lower the PH. I call BS on their business practices.

Not the best experience I've ever had and I certainly won't be frequenting the store ever again. I went to the store and purchased a 35lb box of chlorine tablets for $99 (a fairly good deal although Lowes sells the same item for $90). Unfortunately, my wife had also visited the store 2 hours earlier and purchased a 7lb tub of chlorine tablets for $44. Easy mistake to make, so we tried to return the 7lb tub. However, it transpires that it's company policy not to take "chemical returns". This was not mentioned at any point during either transaction but was matter of factly pointed out by staff, once back at the store. The store employee stated that it clearly states it on the top of the receipt. Sadly, it doesn't. It does however mention on the bottom of the receipt to check the website for their return policy. A bit like closing the gate after the horse has bolted. This has been an expensive lesson on my part. The purpose of the review is to make other potential customers aware that should you accidentally purchase an item from this store, you may want to check their return policy prior to making that purchase. In all likelyhood I would of of continued to purchase my pool supplies here, but in light of the poor customer service, it will be somewhere else now.

I love this location. Kenneth is great! He takes the time to answer all my questions and is always super helpful. I visit this location about 3 times a month for water testing. Nothing but great experiences.

I'm new to the idea if cleaning my own pool and was pleasantly surprised by the help from the gentleman behind the counter . Great people skills and very informative. Will keep coming back for more supplies in the near future. Their prices are not too much higher if not the same compared to amazon and other online pool companies. I'd rather buy local anyday.
