I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get to talk to someone in the photo department. Only one person would answer their phone was the main switch board operator named Hope. She is an outstanding employee for walmart, and I hope her manager Ivan reads this. She was incredibly patient and attempted everything in her power to assist me. Other than the silver lining that is the employee named Hope, I would NOT, under any other circumstance, recommend this walmart. The photo department can't be bothered to answer the phone, and once you are in store, good luck finding assistance to pick up an order that you placed online. And to find out that only half my photos had actually been printed out!!!!
