The staff at this Walmart Pharmacy are first rate. Always polite and attentive. I rated it under 5 stars due to the inconvenience of their relatively early closing time and are often closed for lunch due to being short staffed. There have also been multiple occasions when there were prescription medications that I needed but were out of stock.

We are winter Texans and have shopped at several of the different Walmarts in the area. This one must have the best manager around because we have been called over to close registers so they could wait on us so we don't have to wait in line everyone in the store is so helpful impolite the store is clean and even during the bad storm they were apologizing for not having the stuff that we needed and they were doing the best they could congrats to this place congrats to the manager and congrats to the staff, step it up other Walmart's. this is the one to beat

Terrible service. I tried to use my WIC card at the cash register. I was told that it didn't work. That it was probably my chip and that I should try another store. I had just used the same WIC card at H-E-B that day before and it worked just fine. There is always many employees standing around but only one register open. Cashier is rude. Cashiers never have change in registers. One occasion, I was standing in front of the cashier with my items on the tarmac ready to cash out but I could not because her and 2 other employees (managers) were having a personal conversation so I had to wait till they were done. When I asked for the managers information, I was given my receipt (rudely) and told the info should be there. I go to this Wal-Mart a lot because it is only 0.2 miles from my home so it is more convenient. But at this point, I'd rather make the drive to H-E-B instead.

Love the pharmacist! My doctor's P.A. actually prescribed me something I was allergic to, even though my allergies were listed in my chart. But because it had big long mulitiple medicine names, I would have never known. But the pharmacist caught it. She called my doctor and had them prescribe me something different and got it filled for me within that same day.

Dissatisfied!!! I'm an Adminstrator for a medical doctor 16yrs now. Our main goal is to assist our patients with their medical needs and at all times give the best patient satisfaction! My experience at this Walmart pharmacy was the worst customer service ever seen! The pharmacy Tech Clair used facial expressions that spoke louder than words! I needed my medication it was 8:30 pm and was received by Clair pharmacy tech at the drive up window... for whatever reason my med was not received. I left and while at the parking lot I called my doctor and asked them to call in the medication. Upon my second arrival Clair the pharmacy tech was appalled and explained how my Dr failed to call in med that yes they called but didn't give the RX order and I explained to her that the nurse informed me she was given an excuse that they closed in 10 minutes and medication was not going to be ready till following day! I politely asked questioning Clair if she could help me out the drs office was willing to help me by calling in right away which they did for the 2nd time by calling in, yet Clair seemed to unwilling help, her facial expressions and body language told me that she was ready to leave and was upset that I was holding her back..she walked away to speak to pharmacist out of my sight without saying a word to me. I still had 10 minutes and the pharmacists and Clair were clearly upset having to attend to my medical need at that time. Although I wasn't dealing directly with the pharmacist the nurse from my doctors office called me to inform me that the pharmacist was giving her difficulties too. They did manage to get my medication and I paid but at the end Clair just put the medication in the drive up box so I could take it..i tried waving at her to catch her attention asking if that was it or did I have to sign and she ignored me..there was no way she couldn't see me!! With a pout and a disgusting face she picks up the phone (intercom) and replies yes that's it! If only they were able to meet satisfaction vs being difficult they would've been done before 9 pm and not 9:03pm This was my first visit at this Walmart since CVS my preferred pharmacy across them stop taking BCBS Insurance. I will not return! I expected to be treated nicely and with respect! I rather give my business to a store with better employees than Clair! What ashame Walmart should give better training to their employees to meet customer satisfaction!! Or maybe Walmart needs to let go of Ms Clair!
