Please review all changes made to your account. They have a habit of adding protections to your lines without consent. It has happened to me several times. Definitely need to follow up with the area manager.

The manners of a barn animal .. No customer service skills ! Horribly long dirty fingernails while she wipes her nose ..And scratches her body repeatedly ..Disgusting..All while working on our phone.. we went to the store for a hard copy of our phone bill only to be told they didn’t have enough paper in the store to facilitate our request.. she was working on a collage at her work station and our request for help was hindering her project

A Verizon regional manager "hooked me up" with a deal that was worse than my original plan and he lied when I asked specific questions about the plan. RIDICULOUS.
