When I went to vape city the employee helping me really knew so much about their products!!! I would highly recommend going when the employee Andrew is there. He's fantastic.

They have good selection of vapes and are open 24/7. If you are going to buy here, some of the pens have a buy one, get second one half priced. So I suggest buying at least two of the items you're getting each time.

I've purchased plenty of Esco Bars from this location without incident. Last night, I stopped after work to purchase 2 of them. 1 of them had an issue tasted burnt, I stopped by today within the 24-hour mark and was denied a replacement because the manager stated esco bars could be "killed in a day". Pretty ridiculous to offer 24hrs to exchange it and then be accused of lying and assuming I used the product and I'm trying to pull a fast one. I'm not here for freebies, I work all day I stopped as soon as I had a chance and was within the allotted time. The guy at the register knew it was wrong but whoever is making the decisions over the phone shouldn't be in charge if his first thought is to blame the customer. You should empower your employees or have a manager on site making decisions. And to the "owner" who responds to these reviews, if you don't have a solution to provide you can save the generic copy and pasted response of "Sorry this happened" we good!
