The attendant stated the restroom facilities were not functioning and I informed her I needed to use them after she stated she was not allowed by upper management to lend it out unless you bought something. I informed her why did she had to say they were not working followed by informing her I’m actually gonna but something she stated that she had to check I bought something and then I could blocking my way to use the facilities.
