Who is running this place now, it's going backwards. The place hasn't updated in 30 years and now you have to wait in line to drop off your prepaid labels. The prepaid labels are supposed to be a convenience service to speed the process up, not clog up the line even more.

**USPS Self-Service Kiosk Review**
I recently used the USPS self-service kiosk for shipping, only to find that the drop-off box was locked because it was full. Despite having already scanned and checked in my items, I was told I couldn't simply leave my package with the staff and would have to wait in line. The line had about 30-35 people, and I wasn't the only one facing this issue.
This system is highly inconvenient. To improve the experience, USPS should either allow customers to drop off packages at the desk once scanned or place a new bin at the self-service kiosk for drop-offs. Alternatively, a sign at the kiosk indicating that a line wait is required regardless would save customers a lot of frustration.

Just too damn slow. Lady is nice but wait time is infinite. Only two workers in the front? Huge line. Yet, the Post Office wants to charge more go figure.

The service this office has and how inefficient their work is is very disappointing. We received the keys to our mail but the courier still does not have keys to leave the mail, we have approached several times to personally collect our mail and request that they give a key to the courier but the staff present do not know anything, they do not know. sees the true presence of a supervisor who can effectively resolve customer concerns. We are going to be more than a month old and it is a property that has already been built for 4 months and they still don't know how to solve this?
We went to pick up our mail again, we receive mail daily for health reasons and they did not allow us to sign up on the list to go pick it up daily, saying that we can only go once a week to pick up our mail. Can someone explain to us how we are going to receive that news when withholding mail is a federal crime…Something wrong is happening in this office because they don't know what they are saying. Since they are not fixing the situation, the mail is not arriving at my house, I am going through the process of going personally, which should not happen after so much time, and now they are telling me that I cannot pick it up daily. It is a federal crime.

We have waited nearly 6 weeks (2 days shy) for a mailbox key. The previous homeowner didn't leave the key, so it has to be rekeyed. We were told it would take up to 2 weeks. We have called, gone to PO, spoken with postmaster, spoken with other employees and still, 6 weeks later, NO KEY! I have never experienced anything like this from a PO. Extremely unprofessional employees and Noone knows what's going on. They all tell us they don't know when it will be keyed or have said it will be done ASAP or done tomorrow or the next day, never done. There needs to be accountability.

Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. It has been over a month and I still do not have access to my mail. It has been a headache trying to get correspondence from anyone here.
One of the supervisors, Jason, promises to call you back but never does. When you go in person, he is always conveniently out to lunch, on PTO, or out sick. I have gone ahead and reported this facility to a higher division and I apologize for anyone having to deal with this specific postal office.

I’ve used this post office for multiple businesses over the past 10-12 yrs. I can attest it is absolutely terrible. The quality of their customer service is shameful.

Not always, but sometimes what you send arrives very damaged, be careful then they don't pay attention to you when you complain, you have to send it extremely protected the product and nothing more than this in all the USPS

I purchased a product from China, it finally arrived after a month USPS finally took possession of the item in McAllen, it is scheduled to arrive 05/14/2024 by 9pm and they are telling me that it can take up to 14 days because that's the shipping that China paid for! I seriously doubt it!! If the US would produce good quality products at a reasonable price maybe we wouldn't have to shop in the world market as opposed to buying here in this Country.

Worst customer service never answered when I call they also decided to return my package back to the sender claiming that it was the wrong address I called USPS customer service and they said the address was correct but they still decided to send it back worst mail service ever
