I have NEVER in my life witnessed such horrible abuse from an employee to his spouse/partner that works in this establishment! How dare a man aggressively grab , drag and humiliate a woman or anyone for that matter! The person whom I speak of drives a beat up red Chevy cruise, bald, tall, and grungy looking. His spouse/partner is a heavier set disabled woman that needs helpwalking. You should be ashamed of having an employee that’s abuse’s women in plain sight of your establishment! I will never conduct business in this place ever again!

Never going here again. They lost a $2000 laptop I was returning. They refused to help. Gave me run arounds. Now I am just taking in the loss. This isn't the fiest time this happens there. So if you're smart avoid going there go to the post office or directly to ups or fedex where you get a receipt.

Linda is so friendly and personable. They always help me take care of business quickly and conveniently. They also help me find the lowest rate for shipping and provide all packaging materials. They really take all the work out of mailing a package!

I dropped my package off here , and after a couple days tracking never updated. They said they didn’t know what happened couldn’t find the package, and they would look into it. I’ve never got a call regarding updates and I called them after week or so and was left on hold for an hour. The manager named Linda was the one who said she’d look into it , but obviously wasn’t any help. So I lost my package and the money I was supposed to receive from the buyer of the package. And to top it off last year they lost my income tax I dropped off, same thing said they’d look into it and never got any call backs or updates. This place is a joke, drop off important packages and mail and they’ll lose it, and you’re paying them to do it!

Reasonably priced shipping costs, sufficient packaging availability, and really good customer service. What more do you need? I stopped in here on a Saturday during the first week in July 2021, and had a female employee (presumably the manager) recommend shipping a small package to New York city at a lower cost ($10.85) per the weight (about 3 lbs), along with the packaging itself. For a major holiday weekend, I was quoted at having a Wednesday delivery (not bad). Of course, I was given a tracking number with my receipt. Additional products such as PO boxes were noted toward the front of the store, yet I didn't require one due to being in the RGV area on vacation. Nonetheless, with the level of quality customer care + appreciation that I received for my business while passing through, I will certainly stop here once again to send out any mail or packages.

Sign at door states “No mask, No service” yet all employees don’t follow their own rules. All employees were not wearing their mask correctly and others weren’t wearing a mask at all.
