I live on a busy road way and my packages were left on the side of the road where anybody can just stop and pick them up. I called the 1-800 number and they told me if I didn’t have the drivers name or license number of his truck there was nothing they could do. I also stopped at the office and the supervisor informed me that packages can be left on the side of the road. FedEx and Amazon never leave my packages on the side of the road they always leave them on the front porch. Do better UPS!!!

Worst costumer service ever. Employees never help you out and treat you like you as if you are dumb. Front counter is very rude and not helpful at all.

There is absolutely no point in paying overnight for a shipment when the drivers don't care and just drive by the house without even attempting to deliver the package, it's very sad honestly i understand how tired they must be with this heat but it's like not fair to pay $25 for something you need delivered overnight, getting told it will be delivered at 11 am then after three hours getting an update that it will be delivered at 7 pm and then for the driver to not even stop to delivery or at least attempt even though you're there waiting for them.

I use UPS quite frequently through my job and you'd think at the main shipping location you would get the best service. Incorrect. I walk in with hands completely full in clear view of the lady sitting at the desk and no assistance offered but the moment I get inside, she waits for a moment then tells me simply "we don't pack"
You don't pack, at the main store where you ship from and into...and you can come to the door 5 feet from your lazy chair to assist me or tell me sorry. Maybe put a sign outside for level of laziness you want to provide at the main shipping location...

Picked up a bike over the weekend at this location 6/29/2024. Staff were friendly and thorough in checking ID to ensure the correct person was picking it up. The box was pretty beat up even though it was marked as fragile but ultimately the contents seem fine and I wouldn't be able to say where the improper handling occurred. UPS customer service said this location was not open on Saturday, but it is as the google description shows.

Terrible customer service, I left some boxes, the lady who is there when I went didn't even pay attention to me because I was gossiping with some of her cleaning colleagues. Terrible service. I hope they change that lady. If she no longer has the instinct to care for clients, let her leave, one she doesn't have. It's the fault of their bitterness or annoyance, and apart from the fact that I went to leave the boxes on a Saturday morning, it's already Tuesday and my boxes still haven't come out of there. Terrible service. I will never leave packages there again. Very bad experience.

I arrived for my package at opening time, and was told to wait an hour. I had to leave and I'll have to drive 40 minutes again.
