I stopped by on Monday to check out the shop and ask about some maint/repairs. I brought in two older bikes (20+ years) and had them both tuned-up. I picked them up 3-days later and they were both like new. Cleaned up, new chains and some cables replaced, axel grease packed, etc.. I was pleased with the service and the work performed and thought the price was a bargain. I see the 5-star and 1-star reviews and get it that folks have different experiences. I'm glad to have them do my maintenance. Thanks for the great service!

I had to take my bike to another shop after paying $75.00 for a service that didn’t fix my issue. After about 3 trips there I gave up.

I should have taken the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt...Servicing at this particular shop has been absolutely terrible. There were far too many circumstances in which I was charged for services I did not request, and received incomplete services even after being flexible on the time quoted.Never did I receive the same level of sympathy I have provided to this establishment, and never will I bring my business to them again.

On 28 June 2020, I dropped off a bike for repair. When I initially called to see if they were taking in repairs on that day, I was met with a rude employee both in call and in person. He advised me it would be ready on 1 July and only because other places were backed up, I went ahead and trusted this business with their word. Mind you this person didn't say, "it might be ready or we'll call you when its ready." Simply, it will be ready on the 1st of July.I took it upon myself to wait for a phone call but nothing. No call.My girlfriend called on the 6 of July. And again, she was met in call with the possibly same rude employee saying it wasn't ready. Not only that, she asked him what the status was and he did not have an answer however, when she asked him to check on her bike, he answered to her in a vexing irritated tone, 'let me check on it ma'am." Like it bothered him that he had to check the status of the customers bike. He then, having her on hold for roughly 25 minutes, told her he would work on it the following day. By the way, he was talking to a customer while she was on hold.My girlfriend again called on July 9 and she was told it was ready. Well, having been frustrated with the overall poor customer service, I wanted to get my bike however, we both work and get out of work at 6. I left work 15 mins early hoping I'd make it i gave a call to this business and was again met with this same monotype rude individual. I asked if he could please wait for me to swing by and pick and pay for the repair as i waited patiently for it.He straight up said no. He could not wait 5 mins when I waited an additional 7 days for the repair.I picked it up finally and I'm glad its out of there.Overall, the customer service here is absolute garbage. If you want to own and provide a business, you got to remember its the customers that keep you afloat.And the audacity for the rude employee to be bothered because a customer wanted a real status update on a product which this business services, is phenomenal. If you do not want to work, don't. Don't waste peoples time.I am not trashing this place, I am however, pointing out the rude employee.

Terrible customer service by the younger clerk C. My husband and I had dropped by months ago and I drove by that place today so I thought to write the review I hadn't at that time written. We went in to get my husbands slipped bike issue fixed. After 2 FAILED attempts-- basically the store clerk said x is the problem then when my husband went to test it out it still wasn't fixed, clerk then said, y is the problem- husband went to test it out gain- and nothing, then proceeding to say ok z is the problem- which was by the way the very thing my husband said was the problem in the beginning. There was no need to replace the chain in the beginning but he still charged for that service. Clerk didn't even apologize he was just rude throughout the whole process, even charged more for the cassette than what he said over the phone that SAME day- his excuse "prices fluctuate depending on the market." LOL. During the transgression, he also told my husband that he the clerk, knows what he's doing and that my husband doesn't know anything about bike mechanics... yup. We just paid and left. During the pandemic when my colleagues wanted to get bikes, I told all of them to stay away from this place. Never had terrible customer service as we had in this place. The only reason I write this is so they improve their customer service- it was blatantly terrible.

Why can’t I give a no * review?This place deserves a no * review from me.At least 2 possibly 4 times I called about installing a spare battery on my bike..every time the answer was yes we can.I get there today and they say they can only mount it.0*

Ask for a personalized bicycle shop.Camilo or Carlos are very well versed in advising you how to buy the proper bike. The personalized service is great. A must if you are looking to buy a bike.

Absolutely horrible service. I just needed a simple crack arm. Brought pictures, pedals and hardware to compare. Would not give a answer and insisted that I bring the whole bike in. I understand there are various sizes but I got the feeling he was just not interested in helping.
