Maria and Cristine at the kids club really make my daughter feel safe. They help her calm down when she sees mommy leaving. Allowing me to have some time for myself. Really appreciate how attentive and how good they are with kids.

Great gym!! The locker rooms are always clean, big open space to workout in and Abby at the Kids Club was very friendly and helpful!

Kids club has excellent service with maria and co-worker cristine being attentive with children, and providing safe environment ?. My child loves the employees that work there. Kids club is a outstanding place for my child to develope social skills with interaction with other children. Always excited to go with me to the gym. maria gives excellent feed back on my child behavior.

Gym started off with good equipment years back, cleaning/maintenance was on point, overall gym atmosphere was great. Today, 12/31/23 the gym is horrible, needs newer equipment, cleaning should be a priority, the sauna smells like dead rat, manager should be on top of things rather than be looking at making sales.

Yaleina was extremely helpful getting me signed up and made it a point to show me around and give me the full scope of the gym. Love that she has such a positive energy, especially during the holidays :)

This trufit is very nice in terms of cleanliness, structure, and employees. I’d like to mention Kara for specific reasons. She was very nice and answered any questions I had because I was new to this particular gym such as where the restrooms were and where specific machines I was looking for were.

This is a very nice gym! The staff is nice and it is also very clean. If you’re there you have to go to Fatima, she is very nice and helps you feel comfortable and also gives some of the best workout advice.

I wish I could give less than a star.This is the most unkept gym I have seen in a while. Dust. Dirt. Machines are disgusting. Windows haven’t been touched in who knows how long.Not to mention the employee laying across chairs in front of the manager as soon as you walk in.So much potential wasted. Such a pretty location.We bought a day pass and walked out. Raise the standards.

Overall I enjoy working out here. I like to come in the morning when it opens and Kara at the front desk always greets me with a smile, which is a nice way to start the day. However, I will say at times the gym is a bit of a mess with weights everywhere and paper towels/empty water bottles on the ground.

The gym is okay but the service was terrible. The person who worked there insulted us but thought himself that he was very funny. This kind of service should no person offer to any customer ever. It was disgraceful. We paid for an entry but were not allowed to go in the locker room because we were not members. We had to change clothes at the toilet. We were not allowed to have showers either in the locker room so we took showers at the toilet which were simply disgusting.

Best gym I’ve been by far. Manager Tiffany and her staff offered me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you are really looking for a gym to workout at , Trufit on ware rd is the place to be at.

Worst gym ever!!! To start this gym is poorly managed. The whole gym is dirty, the windows are so dirty you can’t even see outside them. The locker rooms smell awful worst than sewers ? and the sauna is always dirty and full of empty water bottles. Not to mention all the fake reviews they have.

Very poor customer service. The general manager and the manager don’t know how to properly manage their employees or hold employees accountable. The general manager blaming the member for the employee losing paperwork is all I needed to hear that she has no business being a manager of any sort.

I went in for a day pass to check out the sauna and had the most amazing experience with Lexy! She made my visit super easy and comfortable.
