Had great expectations with the opening of this store chain in the valley but lately they had not met my expectations. A lot of the brands i used to buy there are no longer in stock, items showing up on the website as available are missing in action in the store and prices have gone up a lot lately. Please get your act together or you will lose a lot of customers.

Manager on site today needs to know how to talk to customers. First time coming lookin to supply my businesses with some wine. Ruined my whole shopping experience. Lost a good customer. Going to OTHER wine places...this is what happens when you have an attitude.

You can find anything you want from almost anywhere in the world. Beers, wines, liquors, tabaco and more. They have trained and professional personnel to assisted you with any inquiry you might have. Great store.

Not sure who the cashier is, joelli (87588)but she seems to pick n choose which children to ID n which one can come in, she was persisting and insisting that my daughter, a minor, accompanied by me, and who has no ID, present/show her ID. Told the cashier we weren’t taking anything and her response “I still need to know how old she is”. I don’t even answer question for law enforcement and this person wanted my daughter to disclose her age n info, GTFOH!! NEVER GOING BACK!!

Oh lord. Due to previous reviews, this is definitely a management issue. Owner, come check up on this e establishment. I asked for a manager after this lady with the horrible attitude didn't want to help me out. I've never felt so utterly embarrassed in my whole life. Why do you have her on the register, please have her working in the back, it's not courteous for the customers.

Expired beer. Deschutes fresh squeeze is a great beer but there's a reason they put the packaged date on the box. It's only fresh tasting for 4 months.At this location the only 2 6 packs available were the expired ones that are a few days from 6 months old.I had to buy a warm 6 pack that was 3 months fresher. I realize they are trying to push the old beer out by having it the only ones cold but it says right on every can of Deschutes it's only fresh for 4 months.Unfortunately once this beer gets old it tastes stale and skunked. Which is terrible for someone who's tasting this beer for the first time. That has no idea that they're drinking stale beer.It belongs in the trash.
