I have used TLC moving for both professional jobs and personal jobs for many years and I could not be happier with the service. They are friendly, kind, careful and a joy to work with. The pricing is fair and they are always prompt and professional! I would never use another service. Florin is the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was extremely hesitant on hiring a moving services, because of my previous bad experience with other moving services, but thanks to Arnold and Tim "FROM ROCKSTAR MOVING CO " they did an outstanding job , very hard workers and great customer service . Also for the owner ALBERT for getting back to me on a short notice and finding availability.

Needed a moving company ASAP due to some issues with U-Haul and a time crunch. Called this company and within 15 minutes we had a very fairly priced quote and a time scheduled for LESS than 24 hours out. They were amazing to work with. From start to finish communication was clear. They were on time and worked diligently to get us moved as quick as they could all while assuring that our furniture would be in perfect condition - and they did just that! I would recommend this company 10x over. If your looking for timely, efficient & overall amazing movers, choose this company!

This company was absolutely fabulous. I had to move a storeroom of furniture from a two bedroom apartment into a POD to be shipped across country while I was out of town. They took care of everything! They worked with the storage facility to get into the storeroom, wrapped the contents carefully so they wouldn't be damaged in shipping and even purchased a lock to put on the POD. I can't say enough about Albert and his team!!

TLC Moving did an exceptional job moving our household from Massachusetts to Georgia. Florin was helpful and always in contact with us leading up to the move and always showed up on time. The team was courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any move big or small!

With the stress of the move to another city we all forgot to load the washer and dryer! RockStar Moving Co worked hard to rectify the problem and got our washer/dryer to us within a couple of days! All the movers were great and careful with all of our belongings! Highly recommend for your big or small move!

I've had need of moving companies on several occasions here in the Rio Grande Valley, but have not had a better and more professional experience than with RockStar Moving Co. The owner/operator is extremely professional and always accommodating. The guys he has working are always in good spirits and always in a good mood. Makes moving easier. Extremely careful and cautious with the client's property and belongings. Couldn't be happier with the service, and highly recommend them to anyone needing to move. They will be my moving company when I leave to Austin. Yes, they go outside the Rio Grande Valley.

OK Where to start? Well, it started with Albert who was our first contact and managed our move. He was professional, courteous and extremely responsive. He worked HARD to accommodate our schedule and was very gracious in responding to my anxious questions. The team arrived AHEAD of schedule to load the truck and worked steadily with only a break for lunch. They were VERY good at taking care of all our belongings---whether it was an antique or junk from the garage--everything was treated with respect and care.They arrived promptly as scheduled the next day in Austin and worked tirelessly unloading for 8 hours(!) with good humor and great attitudes. Never a complaint or rude remark despite having to move a HEAVY safe and refrigerator up front stairs. I really can't think of a business I've dealt with in life that was so customer centered. From top to bottom, they were the best. I would wholeheartedly and without any reservations recommend them! Shout out to Osvaldo for his superior skills at determining how best to pack, load and maneuver furniture, and to the Martinez bros (including lil bro in law) for their good cheer and incredible work ethic. Thank you RockStar! I'd give you 10 stars because 5 are not enough!

This is my second move in the Valley with RockStar, and their name says it all! These guys are amazing! Each time they've been fast yet thorough, and they come equipped and ready to handle any items. As for the movers themselves, they've always been polite, hard working, professional, clean, and represent their company well. RockStar will be my one and only mover while I'm here!! Highly recommend Albert, the owner, and his crew.

They did an excellent job packing and unloading. They stacked multiple boxes in the kitchen because their local helpers where leaving and said they would get them later. The guys were extremely polite. They did not get boxes to designate spots but had to get the trucks back to dealer before completing the task

This review is about a cross country move (2700 miles) for a 2 BR apartment with lots of fragile furniture. TLC is the best moving company we've ever used. Communication leading up to the move was great. Florin and his team showed up on time, moved fast and wrapped/ treated our furniture with tons of care. Florin himself drove all of our stuff across the country and showed up earlier than he had anticipated, which was great for us (he communicated his progress to us along the way so we were prepared). He unloaded everything on his own and got it done in 3 hours. The quote was spot on and our furniture (and fragile kitchenwares) arrived in perfect condition. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we will use them again if we move back to Boston!

We needed help unloading a truck & carrying items up 3 flights of stairs. RockStar had the most reasonable rate in the area (quoted via chat). When I spoke to Albert via phone, he was very respectful and kindly answered my questions. The move appeared to be well-organized, and on the big day, two movers, dad & son combo Arnold & Nathan appeared early, and ready to start immediately. They moved our items efficiently with a will-do attitude & showed extraordinary customer service. Hopefully I do not have to move for a while, but if so, I would absolutely use RockStar's service again. Thank you for taking the stress out of moving!
