Overall a good store. But the deal breaker was that The employees kept following us, asking If we needed help (after repeatedly telling them we were fine), calling someone to stand by us, and talking to eachother . Felt like they thought we were stealing. We all ended up buying stuff but why don't yall let people breathe. I get they get commission but don't make people feel uncomfortable and feel as if y'all assume they are stealing.

I went in yesterday 5-8-24 looking for just a straw hat, I walked out with a nice felt hat and a great dress shirt ?, HUGE!! Selection of hats, boots, apparel and more, great customer service! Thank you Boot Jack and thank you to the young lady who helped me ( sorry, I can’t remember her name right now)

Patricia was super friendly and extremely helpful, she was essential in the process of me buying some new boots and even assisted me in the process of getting my hats reshaped. 100% would come back for the amazing service! She went above and beyond my expectations!

Horrible customer service. Was browsing around the store looking to buy a new hat, one of the employees followed me around asked me if need help literally 10 times. Saw I had a hat in my hand asked me if I was gonna buy the hat when I asked why he responded "I don't like to see customers with items in their hand they don't intend to buy". Could not shop comfortably at all.
