Very professional, clean facility. Manager Ximena was very friendly and helpful. I can’t believe this is a storage facility ! It’s very nice and spacious. You get what you pay for and this place is definitely worth it. Definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service, clean facilities and easy access. Nydia is a great property manager and was very easy to work with. I was in and out with the rental unit in less than 10 minutes.

24 hour access. The property is fumigated because I never dealt with rodents nor bugs. When I had furniture that I needed indoors, I rented the Temperature Control storage units! Everything was clean, safe, and secure. I loved getting a courtesy call to remind me to make a payment! I’d go back to Affordable Attic if I ever had storage needs again.

Every time I went to make a payment they weren’t there to take it but were quick to call when the payment way due. Experience wasn’t terrible but this kept it from being a 5 star review. Gate was also left open occasionally.

I had a fantastic experience with Affordable Attic on 23rd St. The man that assisted me was very professional and made me feel at ease. This was the first time I leased a storage unit, and he walked me through the process. He showed me multiple units so that I could see what suited me the best—overall great experience.
