Bad service!! The workers are cruel and rude.I went the store for the 1st time and my 4 yr old son found a plushie of his favorite character. He tore off the price tag and l saved it. The cashiers refused to sell me the plushie because the tag was not on and I offered to pay what it costs brand new at a store which was 3x more than the price on tag. How can they be so heartless to a 4 yr old who hugged a plushie through the whole store thinking he was going to take home!!??

The cashier left the register for more than 10 minutes and the others ones just look but they don’t want to take care of the register we wait more than half hour just to be taking care off even the line was longer than 30 people waiting after me they close the register and nobody else was there for a while never going this store

Had a great time shopping here! I bought some awesome clothes, some new with tags. The prices are higher than other nearby thrift stores.

4 star review because I do score some nice items for a good price sometimes but lately their prices have been WAYYY too high. Used garanimal kids clothes from Walmart for $7+ when the price for a new item is $5 less! Worn out & ripped wranglers or work jeans for $30??? That is crazy!! They used to be $12 and down! So many used SHEIN clothing for double the price. I loved shopping for home decor there but the prices are so high for the tiniest item.

What a disappointment, everything is very, very expensive, they exaggerate the prices. Girl's clothes 8 dollars and super worn out and the worst thing is that everything is donated.I definitely won't go again. ? ?♀️

This used to be my TO GO TO store since I can remember. Recently there hasn’t been as many good things. Stuff are kinda pricey. I was able to come with 20$ and go home with 5-7 items. Now it’s like 2-4 items. Unless it’s a 50% off day. I’d shrug it off cause inflation (and I guess resellers ruining things) but after seeing this idk. A item with its original price tag… being repriced at 8$?!! Not only that. I saw a dress with its OG price tag from target. It was 12.50 at target but 11.99 here. ??? That doesn’t make sense. I would say don’t come unless it’s a 50% off days. It’s not really worth it anymore. Sadly.

I used to shop here before the pandemic and it was affordable. However now the prices are not reasonable for used clothing. A Walmart brand boys Garnimals sells for 4.88 or less at Walmart new but here the resale price for used it was 7.98. In addition, I saw a new boy Columbia brand name jacket priced for 19.97 but had retail price tag still on for 10.98. I wish I took pic. Even if it is discounted 50 or 30% prices still are not resonable. I don't know if it went under new management but from my perspective it is not affordable to average consumer. Prices need to be reasonable with or without discounts. These are items that were donated. I would give it no stars.
