Terrible customer service, the girl with glasses who was in the register attends in a very despotive way, without consideration and giving attitude to the customer. They should pay more attention to the type of people they hire and look for people with education who know how to do their job, since they work at COSTUMER SERVICE and still put on their buns giving attitude, what a lack of education. We never go to this terrible store again. 0 stars

last weekend i felt really bad energy after i was drunk driving and got a ticket i don't know the police officers energy was so negative, he kept telling me i can't do something like that and if you know me "cant" is a word i don't use in my dictionary as a person who loves positivity, i decided to head to get som rose quartz and tigers eye, jade and desert rose, well i head into the booth and start looking around and i felt this intense feeling i look up and see the store owner glaring at me i fall back out of fear and almost lost my positive chakra, i felt a low vibration and the store owner is starting at me? i had this intense urge to cry as my aura can't handle dealing with being treated like a crimal, she came up to me and threw a rose quartz i thought rose quartz was a crystal of love not pain. just to say im very low frequency right now and not even this bowl could help me, budda blessings i hope nobody goes through this.

Fantastic experience with Mr. Hernan Cantu. The service we got with him was beyond 5 stars! He was able to explain all of the benefits of a membership and showed us all the items we wanted without being pushy or too overbearing. We asked his opinion on the gift we were buying for our mom and really helped us choose something she loved. Definitely recommend as a place to find quality gifts for your loved ones.

New multilevel parking garage, huge expansion with many new high end stores, close proximity to the airport makes La Plaza Mall a shopping destination not only for Valley shoppers but international visitors as well...

If you like to buy at exclusive stores this is the place for you. This mall is stuck on the time when McAllen was a small town but now the city has grown so much making this place very crowded not to mention with lots of rich people from Mexico with bad attitudes and very rude manners. Weekends are the worst time to go there.

Massive upgrades again to Mall. Huge food court. 40 more shops. Parking garages x 2. Clearing parking really improved flow. Some higher end food options such as Texas de Brazil coming soon. Looks really good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely poor customer service, including the manager's reaction to a defect in product. After having purchased a set of four earrings in Paris, France two and a half months ago, all the crystals fell out last week on the same day. I came to this mall location to get help. I had to come in 3 different times just to be told the correct information! The first time the employee told me to go home and get my bank statement after having called the manager. The second time another employee called the manager again to ask about procedures for exchanging items and the manager said that she hadn't even been spoken to the day before about my situation! He then told me to come back the next Monday. So I come back again a third time to speak with the manager, who tells me that my bank statement is no good because it's not a proof of purchase (?) and because I don't have a box there is nothing she can't do anything for me. Now I understand this but the fact that I had to come in on three different locations and each time was given different information is unacceptable, they were polite about the whole thing but the manager made little effort to give me different options for leaving with a non defective pair of earrings. The manager didn't even offer to show me similar earrings that I could purchase, or apologize for her employees giving me wrong information, she just sent me back home quickly with the defect product. These earrings only lasted two and a half months, stay away from Swarovski.
