Bought a thousand dollar set of tires there today. Everything went well, until it came time to pay. I was handed a yellow invoice with the correct amount, to sign. Cash or credit? I handed my credit card, and was charged the $1082.46 plus a $32.47 "checkout fee" ??? Nothing was mentioned about a "checkout fee". I didn't notice until I got home. I called back immediately, and was told, basically, too bad. I shouldn't have said credit, when asked will this be cash or credit. No, that is wrong! You should have informed me that for using a credit card you would add a checkout fee. I used my personal American Express card, not store credit. I have heard of small convenience stores charging a fee, or require a minimum purchase of $5, or something. But a thousand dollars purchase? You need to ripp off your customer by adding a bs fee? Really?
I will not recommend this rinky dink outfit to anybody. Should've went to a reputable dealer.
