They don't pick Up the phone they don't have the time when u call em' 31times like I'll stop calling when u pick up simple, some of us have public panic attacks can't go outside to ask if my husband left his wallet there, they are so Incuseder!!! Besides that there's no Gas station ANYMORE!!!

There's this EMPLOYEE by the NAME of ALEX who is ONLY there 4 a JOB. He DOESN'T know ANYTHING about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have ab 20yrs EXPERIENCE in CUSTOMER SERVICE & this PERSON has "0" CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. He DIDN'T GREET me when I GOT THERE. I asked how MUCH were the HOTDOGS? & he said, "There's NONE." DUDE...there WAS LIKE 5 of THEM. Then they RAN OUT of the $.79 32oz FOUNTAIN DRINK CUPS & he CHARGED me 4 the 44oz DRINK, INSTEAD of saying, "It's NOT UR FAULT we ran OUT of the 32oz...but I'LL get U the 44oz at that PRIZE this TIME." When I asked 4 his NAME, he DIDN'T want 2 GIVE IT 2 me. He EVEN asked Y? So I TOLD him, I would REPORT him & he NODED a "No." As if he WASN'T HAPPY that I WOULD REPORT him.
