I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my positive experience. Initially, I brought my C7 Corvette in for a torque converter replacement. During this process, I discussed additional symptoms with Juan, who assured me he would investigate. As the car was disassembled, it became evident that the torque tube also required replacement. I procured a new torque tube and brought it to Juan. As a precaution, I called him the next morning, expressing my desire to install a new flex plate alongside the other replacement parts. Juan was accommodating and willingly adjusted the plan.I dropped off my car on Monday, and by Thursday, it was ready for pick-up. However, upon inspection, I noticed a rattling sound beneath the car. When I raised my concerns with Juan, he advised leaving the car, suspecting the vibration might originate from the headers. On Friday, he confirmed that the issue was indeed a result of an exhaust bolt touching the metal cover. I appreciate their responsiveness to my concerns and their commitment to resolving the problems I encountered. I would certainly return based on their attentive service.

I want to thank manny herrera for the excellent customer service for rebuilding my transmission its now running perfectly .he towed my truck from my house to his shop for free. I experienced excellent customer service from Manny Herrera. Wether I called in the morning or in the evening he would always pick up and answer all the questions I had. He towed my truck from my house to his shop for free. My truck was in and out in 2 days. He sent me pictures of the dissasembly and called me to go see in person the reassembly. I drove 1 full hour in a lot of traffic to get to the place and when I finally got there…40 minutes before closing time…I was there, called because I needed to check the transmission oil and they told me it was already too late and to come back the next morning. The closing time says 6pm. You need to adhere to your own set times. Terrible service for false advertising
