Internet goes offline at least 4-5 times every day, typically for 20 minute periods or longer. Not to mention that ALL of Texas is without internet today because of your horrible management and service.

Worst company ever. If you have a chance to get AT&T fiber take advantage. Spectrum has outages every day and the store is not helpful at all. Called customer service today and they insisted I go into the store to swap the modem. I was fine with it since it might actually help my issue of losing service each day. When I get to the store they tell me I’m in an outage and they can’t do anything until 10 pm. They could help me if I wanted new service but not to restore my existing service. Smh worst company ever.

I was very impressed with the help David, at the North 10th Street location in McAllen, Texas, gave to me explaining a charge I had received on my Spectrum bill. He was professional and friendly. Thanks Spectrum!

I canceled the service of a cell phone line, and the next day they reactivated the line if my permission is terrible, also the internet.

The excessive time you have to wait for them to call your name, is simply grotesque. Every time I come here it’s about an hour approx. The customer service rep by the name Susy made the experience better, she was cordial, so because of this, I don't give it a 2 Star review or less.

Sadly, very poor customer service. Probably not every employee, but most of them. They won’t accept responsibility for their mistakes. They’re not loud enough when calling your name, they observe you been waiting for 1 hour and still they do not take the time to kindly ask you if you are waiting to be seen. The kiosk check-in had an issue that didn’t allow them to see who’s waiting. It’s just too much. I kindly advise one of the customer service employee “if you see a person waiting in your showroom for the past hour; ask if there is anything they can do for them”. It told me that it can’t do that because customers are supposed to ask them, pay attention or listen better”.
Wow what a response.

Very friendly staff
