This dealership is by far the best in customer service. Eddie Villalobos makes everything easy. No forced buy, no BS a real straightforward kind of guy. My husband and I bought our daughter her first car after shopping for months. Went back after a year to get myself a car and just yesterday my husband got a new truck for himself. It’s very unfortunate to say, but my husband had made contact with this dealership and salesperson (female) the day before. We drove 2 hours and half from Laredo and to our surprise when we arrived the salesperson told us that the truck was already sold. The salesperson didn’t even apologize or offer other options for us. Never again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

BEWARE!!! This place is an absolute joke. I sold my vehicle to them and bought a vehicle thinking i would not have any issues with it. Sure enough in less than 2 month the check engine light comes on and turns out to have some issue with the transmission. To top it off no oil change done, battery on the keys is low and now the wiper fluid is low as well and that’s just some of the issues that it has. These vehicles are supposed to go through state inspection but does not seem like it. I’ve have bought pre owned before from other dealerships but never bought a vehicle this bad. You would think that you’re buying a vehicle from one of the top pre owned in the valley but you’re not. This was just my experience on it so do yourselves a favor a do your research before buying.
