Up until this past weekend I haven't had any issues. I purchased new tires for my car and I'm guessing there us a limit to what I can spend because not long after I tried to go buy some food and my card was declined. Now I am not able to use my card again because there is no eqy to talk to ab actual person about the issue until Monday morning. There needs to be a system set up for these kinds if ussues during non business hours.

Called about an unauthorized transaction 5 times spoke to someone saying they would call me back to process a reversal and no one called back showed up to the location refused to help fix it saying one of the office reps would give me a call later yet again no one called. Called back again spoke to an office rep saying i would have to go back in to do the claim or refund on the transaction.

I requested a STOP PAY on my acct. The woman who helped me said it would be processed- no worries. Reviewing my acct, this was never done. I came to all for assistance and got a ?♀️ "sorry, it wasn't done and we can't help you" Apparently your have to follow up with these ppl to ensure they actually do what was requested

Went in to get issue resolved regarding my master card; girls were sitting together and gossiping. I asked for Janie to help me but was told she had just left for a 30 minute lunch but would return. I left and came back only to be told she had gone home ill (how convenient). Since I got upset, Daniela says she’ll take my info and try to help. She goes to a back office behind closed doors, comes back and says she wil be calling the company to straighten out the problem and then changes the whole story by saying she will pass info on to Janie. I feel she lied to me !!!!!

I have been a member for a while but their service seems to get worst and worst. As you walk in there’s is no one to welcome or help you the front end reps Were all talking amongst each other. I seating for over 15 min without being helped and another man walked in and sat down next to me at the same time with not being helped.A young lady passed right through us without even saying hi or question if we have been assisted, this girl was wearing WHITE SEE THROUGH PANTS. how unprofessional!!!!!!!I walked to the teller line and at first no one seem to be there to helped but another young girl from the back came with short curly hair very friendly and helped me with my online banking problem. No name tag so I could not see her name and did not ask! Turns out I was there longer waisting time when it could been solved faster and I tried calling but was not getting anyone on the phone ether. The young girls are not professional and do not care about there job, or your customers, not dress professionally and no makeup on and sometimes don t know that they doing.

Worst CU ever. If something comes up that's not a run of the mill daily item, they don't know anything. No one that can make a decision is available. They don't return phone calls. They people that answer the phones are polite but don't know anything and can't get anything done. I've called everyday for 2 weeks to get my issue resolved. Promises of calls being returned but nothing. WORST. CU. EVER.

I agree with the 1 star reviews. It's very difficult to get a hold of someone, I've just been hung up on by the system 3 times, the ladies are unprofessional, i could go on & on but i won't. I believe my 1 star review along with the others says a lot already!! Can't find who to talk to & express my dissatisfaction because service seems to be the same at all levels ? If only someone cared enough then maybe issues would be solved but no one does so improvement seems to be out of reach I guess.

I refinanced a vehicle within the last 2 weeks via STFCU, and the experience was excellent. Jackelyn helped us in every step of the process. STFCU, Thank you so very much for all of your help in securing our loan for our new vehicle.The customer service is second to none. They always go above and beyond of our expectations. Rocio, our loan officer, was highly professional, knowledgeable and extremely accountable. They never answer the phone. Theres about 5 girls behind the counter doing nothing.You ask for a supervisor and they tell you she or he is not there.It's the only bank with the lobby closed.I thought we were all good now that we have vaccines. Terrible business!!
