I wanted to try something different besides Victoria secret really wasn’t working for me I walked in here and Amy was super sweet and helpful. She helped me with different styles and was super attentive. She was so helpful and sweet thank you so much!

True story. I've NEVER invested in intimates. I've always purchased intimates that were a cute thought but definitely not for any real use, comfort, and especially not quality. I would purchase the wrong size, always leaving me with too big or too small and on the rare occasion, just right. To say my anxieties about this were always high is no understatement. Yesterday, I was done with the old and needed New, Quality and Comfort. Decided I'd try a store mostly dedicated to intimates. I walked in and was sent Amy. She was amazing! She listened well, sized me correctly, and brought me everything to my dressing room. So easy and Painless! I have a new expensive love for intimates and I hope Amy will be there for my next run. THANK YOU AMY!

This is my second time visiting the Soma in McAllen Tx where the same sales associate assisted me. The sales associates name is Carmen and I just needed to say how incredible she is. She is so peppy, sweet, and made my experience a 10 both times. Carmen, you are a gem!! Thank you for such a great experience.

Had been dreading going shopping because options for women with bigger cup sizes are limited and finding the right bra can be hard. From the minute I walked in Victoria demonstrated nothing but professionalism. She not only asked me about my preferences but about my occupation, types of blouses and shirts I wear, etc. Things I wouldn't have considered in the moment because it can be overwhelming. She really took the time to walk me through styles and sizing. I tried on so many bras! But by the end, I felt so confident in what we'd decided and knew this investment (which we know high quality bras are an investment) was well worth it! She even helped me pick out panties. Had taken my husband with me as emotional support and I didn't need him. He was sitting comfortably elsewhere while Victoria helped me through it all. She explained best maintenance practices for the bras to make them last longer too. In the car ride home I cried tears of gratitude because I felt so seen and heard. I also let my husband know he no longer needed to accompany me (he was very pleased) because I knew that no matter who attended me at Soma, they'd take care of me. Thank you ladies so much!!

10/10 great service! I haven't been able to find a bra that fits decent for quite a while, as well as having anxiety and depression. I left with 5 bras!!! Amy was so comforting and helpful, I couldn't be happier!

I always have trouble finding a bra that fits my body because I am large chested. Not all bras are flattering but I was able to find one that fit to perfection.
