Pregunté si podían arreglarme unos audifonos Beats, ya que según hasta arreglan computadoras. Me cobraron $37.89 (su fee de base) y me los entregaron en un estado peor.I asked if they could fix a pair of headphones (Beats), supposedly they fix computers. Was charged $37.89 (their initial fee) and received them in worse condition.I am aware that I have to cover their time and effort but I felt that the technician didn't even bother to do the proper research to know how to handle and solve the problem. Would have paid half the amount, but nearly 40 dlls? Cmon!!!:(

Rafael fixed the broken screen on my 9 year old Samsung tablet and it works as if it were brand-new again. Saved me serious money on buying a new tablet. 5 stars.

My wife's iPhone 14 pro was taken to get repaired in Harlingen store since the back glass was cracked. They repaired in July. In August, it was broken again without being dropped or damaged. We took it back and they said they couldn't guarantee the repair and the best they could do is $135 to repair it again. It has been a month and the back is cracked again. Again, no guarantee and they want to charge again. This phone has been in a pelican protector case since the 1st repair in July. Not sure if it is a scam or just bad quality of repairs or materials. They do not really guarantee anything. Careful spending all your money. It would have been cheaper and better just to send it back to Apple. I do not mind paying for a quality repair and did this to avoid my wife not having a phone for a week. I have lost faith in local repair or quality.

After two weeks of getting my iPhone screen fixed here at smartphone medic McAllen it messed up. It started glitching on its own with the touch screen not working not being able to use it. In no way was it broken, dropped, wet etc. I took it in and the man in the front desk claimed it was broken and could not be fixed (clearly it was not broken it even had a screen protector in perfect condition).It’s not about the money. I don’t have a problem getting it fixed again or buying a new phone. It’s about the horrible installation and low quality product. Very unprofessional for not keeping the policy which I am eligible to have it fixed under warranty….THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE DONE TO THE IPHONE

DO NOT take your phones here. Paid 140 to get the back glass of iPhone 13 replaced. Then it started pealing and before I could take it back the glass broke in the middle because it wasn't installed correctly. Then they refused to replace it under warranty and the only discount they offered was 95 cash so neither of us would have to pay taxes in the transaction. Horrible experience. Take your business somewhere else.

I had no idea where to go to get my phones fixed and spent all afternoon looking for a reliable place that would be happy to help me. After 2 hours I found this place and they were so welcoming and nice and fixed both of my phones in only 35 minutes! They seemed happy to have work/clients!! 10/10!
