The only thing worse than the horrible product selection is the nonexistent customer service. Everything is filthy dirty despite the fact that 100 people work here. Finally found what we were looking for on our own because not one person spoke to us the entire hour we were in here. Waited in line for 20 minutes and when we were next got redirected to another line that cost us even more time. Horrible management, horrible racist workers. Never again.

The staff is nice but the store is chaotic. Spare yourself and order your items online, about a 3-5 days before you run out. It took 15:05 min to check out on a Sunday during lunch. Also, who let the (clearly non service) dogs in?

tried this place and had a great experience my first time getting a skin scan and the lady that helped me was so nice and very informative. the next two times just regular shopping weren’t the best. they don’t have customer service (very attitudy) and will literally screw you over with trying to “get better deals”. i really tried giving them a chance but im going to ulta now

When it comes to choosing between shopping at Ulta or Sephora here in McAllen, it’s always Sephora. Hands down. I love coming here, everyone is so nice especially Ryan and Priscilla. They’re my favorite! The line can get long sometimes but they go through it fast. I’ve been in shorter lines at Ulta that take up more time. They always have things in stock (harder with some TikTok viral stuff) but even when I can’t find something, they’re quick to look/find out.

This place is a shopper’s nightmare. They are poorly equipped with a plan to helpMove people in and out without other customers violating there space due to how the line runs through the middle of the store. Ridiculous.

I had been wanting to get a shade match for a while, and I’m glad I did it at this location! Liz helped me out and was able to give me information over my skin needs and offered me the new facial service they have! She was extremely sweet and helpful!
