Excellent service by all the staff! I’ve been doing business with this bank for years. Everything is pretty strait forward. Not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews. Just because you don’t get things your way does it mean you get to take it out on these kind staff. They are just doing their job. If u could give them 10 stars I would!

Terrible, Small bank rules and Mediocre employees, Mariella and Ana were of no help and make up their own Bank policy. Not to mention Mariela has a terrible customer service attitude. Go with Chase Bank they don't mess around with petty things.

So it seems that every few months, they, without warning erase my information from the mobile app so i cant log in. Then have to calll to get it reset. Tired of this happening. I an going down monday to close my accounts and move somewhere else.

They should change their slogan and stop saying they are always family, unless they mean a $hitty dysfunctional family that turns their back on you. I've had a few thousand in my account for about 5 years. I recently ran into hardship and had an automatic payment that tried to process 3 times but I had insufficient funds. After I deposited money they took what little I had left in fees. And I still wasn't able to make the payment I needed to make and when I asked if they could help me with the fees they said I could pay to try and have the fees removed. Then they said I should just close my account to avoid further fees. This was the only time this had happened and they preferred I just leave. I'm sticking with BBVA Compass where they did show me compassion and help. F this place.

Recently I asked about what were the options for delaying payment due to the covid-19 issue. I was directed to the collections department which surprised me and made me feel uncomfortable. I waited 10 minutes on the line and nobody picked up. I decided to find another credit union that would help me and I was fortunate enough to find one that even offered me a better rate. Collections is such a negative word. They should have named the department the Covid Response Dept or something like that, something positive.

Do not bring rolled coins to this bank. They are a RIP OFF. They charge 10 per roll or 3% to rip ad use counting machine. Take to any other bank. EXAMPLE: CHASE DOES NOT CHARGEBUT THE LADY HELPING US WAS NICE.

What a disappointment to make the phone call on a Saturday to make sure they are opened, to see on their website and be told on the phone that they are opened till 1:00 pm. Then to drive 10 miles to get there at 12:07 just to be told that they are closed. Just not a good customer service move.

I’ve been having so many problems with this bank! People honestly don’t know how to do their job! I requested an extension due to being affected with the epidemic Going on right now and they declined it. They refuse to help or fix there issues.

I recently opened a savings account and I am very happy to have done it with security first. Everytime I go they greet me with a hello. Great customer service and they are always there to help or to answer any questions. Overall great experience and would recommend family and friends.
