By far the worst Sam’s I’ve ever been to. No point in ordering from the cafe on the app because you’re going to wait for the workers to even acknowledge why you’re there and then wait some more till they get through the line. They also still require your receipt when exiting even though the new system is up and running to where you don’t have to when using scan and go. It’s hot and it’s extremely overly crowded. Waited to see if we could get a rotisserie chicken just to see the line of people waiting then watching them fight for them. The workers are rude and always have an attitude and the people are mostly nationals which are also rude by nature. Don’t shop here!

Wish they close at 8:30 like Costco some ppl don’t get out on time to make it when you all close at 8 -.- why bother having a Sam’s membership when Costco it’s across the street and close at 8:30 and the food court needs work the coke dispenser always seems to be not working idk why ppl hype Sam’s up when it isn’t that great n I have told them that the coke mechine keeps giving regular cokes while they are diet ones n they haven’t even fixed it -.-

So disappointed in the service, people in the front should get training or become restockers, poor people skills, manager was helpful but after all poor experience, careful the competition is hard and 1 bad employee really affect your general standing
