I've been to Sam's many times today. My sister and I were about to load up our car and a young individual who was helping another customer offered to help us with our groceries. Many many times we've done this on our own. It was really nice having somebody help us. I have to commend that gentleman and the staff here at Sam's on Jackson Road.

I purchased a cooked chicken that made my family so sick we couldn't even get in the car to make it to the Urgent Care. When finally feeling better, I took the item back to let them know they needed to recall or let people know that their food was making people sick with food poisoning. I got hassled in the customer service line, was forced to go back to front door and get a sticker from a woman that didn't say a word to me when I walked by (this is not a procedure at any Sam's I shop at from Fort Worth to the Border). After that, they did very little other than the female manager gave me an attitude and eventually gave my money back. STAY AWAY from their prepped foods!!!!!
