safelite broke part of the back of my tahoe and won't take responsibility for it. MIKE LOPEZ the manager has no common sense. Idk how he even became the manager. He is obviously covering his butt by not taking responsibility and fixing the problem. Don't go to this stupid business.

I thought I was being proactive repairing a tiny chip in the windshield on my brand new vehicle. It was only a tiny dark spot and barely noticeable if I hadn’t heard it happen. They cracked my windshield and claimed it’s not under warranty as “the windshield must have been already compromised.” Total BS. I have had much worse repaired for years in both Massachusetts and during my seven years here in TX.

I have always used Safelite for my glass repairs, never have I had any issues, and all techs have been very professionals.

The ladies on the phone can be grouchy, but the gentlemen at the shop are great. I've been there a few times, and they are quick and do a good job. I was going to give 4 stars, but the tech was so helpful that I couldn't really give less than a 5.

I went in around noon and left my vehicle at the shop for a complete windshield replacement. They were able to successful install one and calibrate the sensors all in a great amount of time. Hardly any wait at all. Great professional service.

Nick replaced the passenger front door glass on my truck. He was very polite and professional. He really went the extra mile and cleaned all the windows and the back up camera for me.

I booked my Tuesday morning appointment over the weekend prior. I had to pay extra to schedule the ”early bird” appointment. Upon receiving the confirmation receipt, the email stated the technician would arrive sometime between 8 AM and 5 PM.
The day of repair the technician arrived with the wrong glass, and informed us the correct glass had to be ordered. The replacement order would not arrive until the following Thursday. I canceled the appointment and went to Fix-a-Crack. I got it replaced the next day with Fix-a-Crack for $73 less.
