Roy did a fantastic job helping to buy our home!! It was quick, efficient and very professional and a very positive experience! Roy was ALWAYS very prompt to answer questions we had and made the process stress-free!! We re-located from out of state and they were able to close the deal quickly. I can not recommend Roy enough!! He was patient and diligent in helping us find our home! Roy kept us informed day by day on what was going on and what to expect. Roy personally handled our real estate transaction with speed, accuracy and, professionalism. Him being a nice person to deal with was a bonus. We always felt that he had our best interest at front of mind.It went so well that he helped in purchasing a new home to replace the one he sold!Would highly recommend in working with Roy for all your real estate needs.

Wow! Working with Roy has been the smartest choice I've made Roy was first Realtor I called we might of spoken for 40 mins trust me NO realtor will do that but Roy took the time to explain the process and gave me different options with NO pressure by the end of the conversation I was sure Roy had my best interest at heart.it's a NO Brainer.

I have never had a realtor as great as Roy. I lived out of town and he took videos of numerous houses . He always got back to me right away and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience to him. He could have sold me several other homes for a larger commission but wanted to make sure that I got the right home for me . His super patient and honest.

If you need an agent near McAllen Texas, I would immediately say "Look no further - Hire Roy!" Working relentlessly through a very complicated situation, Roy did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed at this agent's knowledge, accessibility, and problem solving skills. Roy had to deal with uncooperative tenants during a Covid pandemic, communicate with an elderly seller who lived out-of-state, and coordinate the tasks needed to close the sale. He was able to get all of the owner's furniture and belongings out of the house as well as have it cleaned without the seller having to travel to Texas. His dedication, persistence, and positivity make him an exceptional agent to work with.

Roy Sawyer is not only an excellent real estate agent he becomes your friend,has unlimited patience, friendly, professional extreamly informed about each and everyone of the properties he shows,he takes all your needs into consideration and finds you what you want no matter what it takes,he answers your questions and if he doesnt have an answer he gets back with you and answers once he has that info,doesnt care how long each showing takes as long as you are happy and satisfied,he has been our real estate agent for 5 years for our rentals and this past year he found us our house which we bought.... thanks Roy your the best...100% recomend Roy Sawyer as your real estate agent!!!!.?
