I gave Rodriguez Flowers a 1 star but I would have left 1/2 a star. They are horrible. I ordered roses to be delivered to my daughter’s work on Valentine’s Day 2024. They were never delivered. I never received a call from them to let me know that they weren’t going to be delivered. I had called that day in the afternoon and was told that they roses were in the delivery truck and were to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. They never were. I will never use this flower shop ever!!!

Do not get your flower arrangements from this place. They did not fulfill my order for Valentines after being paid. Even after showing my order number they couldn't tell me in what process it was. Staff told me they only started working there that day and someone in front of me was getting his refund because they didn't fill his order either. Some lady came in and said she was the manager, wouldn't apologize for anything.Again, don't give this place your business. They don't deserve it.

I am extremely disappointed in Rodriguez flower shop. They did not deliver my wife’s flowers on Valentine’s Day as I had ordered in advance. They did not even bother to call till the next day. I have had issues with late deliveries in the past but this was the last straw. Flower arrangements are well done but they are unreliable and not worth the potential hassle/stress.

My husband ordered me some flowers for Valentine's Day, and the arrangement was beautiful, however the service wasn't it's best. They took a long time to deliver , towards the late afternoon,and when my husband did reach out , to see what the delay was, they were very rude and not very helpful on the phone. He told them to leave them at the door and they said if nobody was home, we would have to pick them up at the shop ourselves. Not too happy with the service and he said he would not order again. I understand Valentine's Day is a busy day, but there is no need to be rude or unpleasant. The arrangement was nice, but did have some flowers that were wilted down and not vibrant. Not too pleased with the service.

I called to send some flowers to my mother-in-law for her birthday and a girl named Sandra answered; She was very kind to me and helped me choose the best arrangement for my mother-in-law, I want to thank her for her kind attention.I recommend the flower shop and especially Sandra for being very kind and attentive.Thank you so much!!Maribel from Dallas Tx.

Very nice bouquet of flowers. Only thing that seemed distasteful was the advertising card on the the ribbon in front of the flowers. Aside from that, very beautiful.

I’m in California but my wife and family is in Texas I ordered online Flowers for my wife for her bday and I spoke with Jennifer from Rodriguez Flower Shop just to be sure it will be delivered and she assured me and true to her words my wife received the flowers as expected and beautifully decorated and arranged as shown in their website…. thank you Jennife thanks for your help and assistance ….great service reliable and highly recommended KUDOS to you all…

First time trying this Flower Shop, they did everything wrong, I understand it's Valentines and it is busy but the flowers got delivered almost all DEAD. I practically paid for dead flowers! They didn't even deliver the balloon I CHOSE with my money.. they chose one for me basically.. listen to the reviews, everything is TRUE. They even called my significant other saying they told her in the morning to deliver when I put instructions saying at 5:30pm. I called multiple times they never answered. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS.

Great customer service and I'm a very satisfied customer. They also have reasonable prices and there are arrangements are awesome. I would recommend this flower shop to anyone. They help you out with anything that you need and the flowers always arrive on time wherever they need to deliver them.
