Be warned and do your research before! Two tablets were dropped off for screen repair and were told a couple of days because screens weren’t in. Couple days go by and no call of repairs. Another week goes by. Two weeks finally go by and not one single call from this place about status. No courtesy call after leaving a deposit. Finally came into the store to find out screens are delayed. When asked for managers name, employee said that’s private and can’t release that information. At this point they still have my tablet and awaiting repair

Some years ago I brought another phone here for screen replacement. The work done was excellent but there were some delays and poor communication on their part. IT'S CHANGED FOR THE BETTER. The phone was not a popular model so they had to order the display. They told me it would be about a week. Imagine my surprise when I was called THE NEXT DAY, and informed that the work was completed! The phone is working perfectly. Thank you and great job!

Came here for a screen replacement around 2 months ago, eventually my phone screen started rising up out of the phone. I went to get it checked at the iGuy and he found a piece of glass puncturing the battery. He said it must have been left behind when changing out the previously cracked screen, which I got done here.

If i could give 0 stars I would . Save yourself the time and money going to these people . I went in for a simple screen repair and got it back with my SIM card destroyed I had to buy a whole new phone on top of paying for my screen repair my phone won’t even catch WiFi I have no idea what they did to it but over all had to pay 800 for a new phone and still had to pay for the screen they destroyed my phone and still deny it . Can’t even own up to there own mess ups . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE do not go there save yourself the time & money!!!!2

Had a cracked and pixelated nonworking screen on an Iphone 8 rendering the phone inoperable...I found these folks online and pulled in to get a price, 20 min later (I sat down for udon noodles at Xin Xin! Yum!) and for $60 plus tax I have a working phone. Fair and fast enough for me for sure. Thanks.

If screens are at top of the line there is no reason why at 6 months later the screen should start glitching and moving on its own. Because obviously comparing to other reviwes left in your page this is a number one bad review on your store. So no you dont have some of the best product. The ipad is well taken care of .it is used mainly for business and it started messing up too soon. For $100 it should have last more than this time frame.
