The store always smells like sewer and the clothes can be very overpriced. The brands they sell are outdated and tacky.
Workers kind of just linger and follow you which I do NOT like. Even my husband who recently visited for the first time noticed they watch you like a hawk and the ambience in the store is so off putting. The store is somewhat organized but there just seems to be too much going on at once. I use to love the food at the cafe in the back but everytime I go no it never seems to be open. Shame.

Tim so amazed that this place is still going strong my mom will take me here back in the day in the early 2000s and I’m 27 now and it’s still trucking strong plus they have pretty cool stuff here

The people who work here are nice. Unfortunately, they are stuck working for management who lack taste. The worst possible gift selection you could imagine. It's as if someone went to a second rate catalog company and picked from back page clearance items. What a pity.

Today July 31st (my birthday) was not a pleasant day at this store. This store has been my favorite for many years and had great experiences until today. Went to return some items that I had purchased a few days before. The manager there needs to take more customer service classes. She was rude to me. Made me feel like I was bothering her because she had to look up my receipt.
