Meet with owner Richard Hernandez on January 10, 2022 for a plaque to honor the founding members of Paradise Park's 50th anniversary celebration on February 4, 2022. We communicated via e mail and text and on two occasions meet with him in person. He kept telling me the proof would be coming and nothing was sent. Had to go elsewhere to get plaque made. Terrible customer service. Would never use this company!

Dropped off a couple items to get an estimate. Was told I would receive an email in a couple of days. Two weeks, no email. I go by and ask for an update. Was told they are "trying a couple of things" and will have my estimate soon. I was called this morning and told they "can't do it" which I assume means lack of proper equipment, or skills. If that's the case, why make me wait two weeks to tell me?!? You just lost my business for life.

Horrible service and older gentleman war super rude. We have been waiting for our order for two months and now they are just ignoring us. Will definitely never go back and will make sure no one is taken advantage of from this business again. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Placed and order for 3 awards. I was happy with the finished product but not so satisfied with how long it took and no communication or updates from business. I had to keep reaching out for updates.

Ordered award two weeks ahead of time. Approved proof ahead of time. Never heard from them. Two days before delivery date. Called for status. Oh, item discontinued and not available. They scramble and produce a temporary award with a mistake. Told them about mistake while waiting 3 more days for real award to be produced. "We will call you." Three and half days later, no call from them. Called them only to be told, "oh yes, it's ready". Picked up award with the exact same mistake. The proof is correct but their product is not. They don't keep their word to "call" when it's ready. And, obviously even after being told of their mistake went on to repeat the same mistake again. Simply no pride in their work and customer service is not their business value.

I have used Premier Awards for my end of year awards for the past 12 years for a reason - they are excellent at what they do. On the very few occasions an error has been made, they fix it immediately at their cost. I love being able to walk into their business and speak directly to the owners, who are efficient and friendly. Their prices are reasonable, too. I will be using them for my awards until either I retire or they do! 5 stars all the way.

The staff at Premier Awards is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. There was an issue with one of the items I ordered. But wow! It was resolved immediately and with no complaints! Highly recommended!

I placed a large order for our company gift baskets back in July and paid for the order in full when the order was placed. I did express that I was placing the order with time in order to give them enough time to complete my large order. I also emailed my design to them when I placed the order. I expected my order to be completed in a months time, which I expressed when I placed the order and dropped off my mugs. I received an email in SEPTEMBER that the company had lost my design and my order had not even been started! Then they had the audacity to explain to me that this was MY fault because I expressed that my order was "in no rush" and they could get to it when they had time. My order ended up not being delivered until the September. I never received a proof and the design on my mugs is not exactly as I had requested it to be. The logo on the mugs I received is slightly off from the logo we use. I never received a proof or anything before my cups were printed. I honestly couldn't afford to delay the products any further and with the ok from my boss, decided to just keep the cups as is.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery every time. I have been going to them for over 10 years because they attend to your needs and also go above and beyond to help you meet deadlines. I am a very satisfied customer who truly recommends them for plaques, trophies, ribbons, medals, glass/acrylic awards, name plates, etc.; all of their products are outstanding.

I have been going there for years. Richard and his staff do an excellent job every time. Great prices and quick service.
