My cat "chicken nugget" was diagnosed with anemia and said he needed a blood tranfusion. The process for that is a lengthy and complicated process that would have cost 6-10k depending if we found our own donor. They insisted he had fleas but could not find 1 flea, they know more than pet owners. However, he didn't need a blood transfusion, he was constipated, think about that? However, we still need to pay 600 bucks for all the tests he didn't need. . .If we had a million bucks, this clinic would have siphoned off big bucks. My cat is healthy and just had a check up, he's doing great. Imagine if I said, put him to sleep and then have to pay for it? How much would have that cost? This is the last place to take any pet for an emergency unless you're ready to pay top dollar to give you a misdiagnosis that could cost you thousands of dollars. This clinic has my information and should contact me, instead they'll apologize and make some snarky comment on here. Do better! How about lifting that 650 dollar fee for tests that weren't needed.

Thank you so much to the girls in the front this pasted Friday night my cat died after being run over. I couldn’t stand the thought of leaving my baby outside like that and it was so late that everywhere else was closed or would charge me $100 more ($425 is what I was quoted before at another location) since it was a weekend night. And I decided on Pet Doctor 911 because their price was fair and because all the staff was so kind and patient with me. They explained how cremation would work and my options. I have never done this before so them being so kind and gentle with my grief helped me calm down and was so comforting. One girl Even offered to get me my baby girls paw print and nose print for me. which meant the absolute world to me. Thank you so much for being so kind and helping me put my baby to rest . I appreciate yall and will recommend to friends and family

Showed up as a walk-in, late morning charged $$ for that. Then, proceeded to get Booger a shot to help reduce redness and itchiness plus a shampoo bottle to use twice a week. The total trip was $$$.
Would I recommend it? Stay tuned for another appointment soon...

Pet Doctor 911 is such a scam. I have a dog who is six and recently has been having seizures. On October 13, 2024 i had an emergency where my dog was seizing longer than 2 mins, i took here in they did bloodwork for $250 which is the stupidest thing ever. Then they did some check up and tests, and before they saw us they made us wait a whole hour becore they saw her and theyre parking lot was empty. After two hours of being there at 1am in the morning they said she safe to go home. I drove an hour back home, 30 mins after we got home she had another seizure and they said bring her in again and we'll figure it out. I brought her in with tears in my eyes bc the first visit i spent $476 on basically nothing bc they didn't give me any meds. Or help bc she seized again right after they said she was safe to go home. A doctor came to see me and said we can hospitalized your dog but theres a huge chance she'll die in our care or we can give her an injection to handle the seizure and we can precribe meds. I said no to hospitalization bc my dog is my child and i wasnt going to risk that i said ok to the prescriptions and the injection. They made me wait another 45 minutes came in to have me sign a paper for the injection, which they make you sign papers and pay up front before they help your pet which is concerning about a place. The injection alone for a prescribed medicine they wefe giving would be $350 for one dose to last a few hours. Also they didn't have any of the meds in 6 the expensive injections, which is crazy. I left with the written prescriptions went to the nearest pharmacy and after hours of this bs they pharmacist tokd the prescription were filled out wrong bc they let the tech do it when the doctor should of done it. Btw they acted nice when i first got there at pet doctor 911 then they started being really rude. I had to call another vet at 6am to call in the prescriptions for my dog who was in urgent need of them. Bc i called pet doctor 911 and told them they didnt give me quantity of the meds and i needed them, they said the doctor is being doing rounds and we cant go ask. The ladies in the front kept ignoring me and hanging up on me. Then they called me at 8pm that night and said we just got the prescription filled. Please either travel farther for a different urgent vet or dont waste ur time. Its a scam and they dont care at all. They just want ur money and ur pets to suffer.

We took our Elderly German Shepherd to see the VET. The staff was very helpful and very compassionate. Everything was explained to us very well. The options given to us on addressing our concerns were made available to us so we may choose what was best for our furbaby. The prices for treatment are a little steep. But, well worth every penny to give her the best quality of life. Thank you so much! To all the staff who worked the night shift on Oct 15th 2024. Thank you for also calling to check up on her the following evening! (Pictures are from that night and the next morning.)

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! If you end up going here, please be extremely cautious as they seem to not truly not care about your pet. It also seemed that they were very quick to charge you for everything and just wanted to give you and your dog a lot of meds.

READ!! Please, if there’s one review, you read, read this one!! Long story short, I was really stressed about my dog and decided to come here they will not ease you. They will just keep bringing papers in charging you in charging you and charging you not solving anything. I really didn’t think it was possible for someone to be this money HUNGRY these employees Who aren’t even owners of this place. Please just go anywhere but here even if you are stressed, they don’t deserve your money and all these other reviews 5star are bought. Just letting you know, the lady in the front even know what she was talking about when she gave us the paper. She was just stuttering because she knows what happens here.

Yesterday my Bob died, my son, my whole heart, I can't say for sure that they didn't try to save him because I didn't see, what I can say for sure is that here they are hungry for money, my Bob arrived dying and instead of starting to take care of him they started asking for a deposit of $550 to start trying to save him, until we begged them to give it to them but to start treating him, they started treating him according to, my dog, my love, he died minutes later, and the nurses and all the doctors They only talked about money and signing papers while I was dying on the floor in pain, a doctor who was not at all empathetic made me sign a paper while I cried, and without explaining to me what that $711 bill was about, later, I paid $207 more for my cremation. Bob and they came for him to weigh him and they never returned him to me or spoke to me, if it wasn't because we had to remind the nurse where my dog was? that they were going to give us a room to give our last condolences and apparently the nurse had forgotten, terrible medical service, if they don't have heart or empathy for animals, why work in that profession? They only did more my pain is heavy, 0 recommended ‼️

If you love your pet, NEVER BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE filled with negligent people. Money hungry is what these people are. They don’t care about you or your pet. They neglected my cat & he’s gone now. Then my husband went to ask for an explanation on what happened because they claimed he would be okay only to have him pass an hour an a half later & they lied to him! They downplayed the entire situation while I had to be on my knees with my deceased cat. All I can replay in my head is how I waited for 4 hours to have my cat be seen, worried and filled with fear while I heard the workers laugh in the back.

Took my cat to get checked because he was salivating and throwing up, took 5 hours to see him, they saw him for 40 minutes charged $700 said he’ll more then likely be okay but if I want to be sure I have to spend $3,000 for testing but recommended not necessary. Then proceeded to make me sign a document that states im taking my cat home in critical condition when I had just been told he was okay, then my cat died 2 hrs later at my house. Missed diagnosis they prey on people with pet emergencies with ridiculously rates, mediocre treatment at best, no sympathy for animals in there, just another dollar amount for them. This also is not my first experience like this with them, I would rather take my pet to a Walmart mechanic before ever stepping foot in there again.
