Since the first time we took our dogs with Adelle we were very impressed; from the moment that we walked into the building we are received with a smile
We have goldendoodles, maltese, Yorkis all have their grooming challenges, either their hair is very soft yet knots easy, or they have very curly hair, with all this in mind I think that all the ladies do an amazing job on our dogs. Everytime we pick them up they look adorable and smell sooo good. They are happy to stay and spent the morning sleeping after their relaxing treatments. The little touches were so sweet and very special, love their little bows, Thank you for alI the care and love. We will continue to bring all our dogs and I shall recommend you to anyone else looking for a top quality dog groomer.

amazing place! my boxer mix came home smelling fresh and looking clean, he also stayed for boarding and he wasnt that excited to see me which i see as good cause it means he was well taken care of and given a lot of love and care. definitely coming back again!

They accept walkins! They give you an estimated time and call you once your dog is ready. They even have adorable dog cookies for after the bath! Great customer service experience, reasonable prices.

I dropped off my dogs the day before yesterday for grooming and a haircut. They did a good job, but it seems like they tied my dog's snout because he has a scratch and a bump on his snout. I am against treating dogs like that; it seems very aggressive to me. My dog is a rescue and was abused in the past. It has been 7 years of rehabilitation, and situations like this are steps backward in his recovery. I had previously left them there for boarding and was happy with the service until now.

Friendly staff!!!!! you can tell they love animals, I feel so comfortable leaving my little guy with them when its time for grooming... they always do great work no complaints.

I was there on vacation and needed my cats nails trimmed. It was such A great experience. It only took a few minutes and my cat was so happy after they were trimmed. I can't even find someone to trim her nails in Missouri where I live.

Great service and incredibly friendly staff. They even gave a tour of facility before so that you can have a good understanding of what types of where your pets will be staying. Very happy and will be visiting again! ☺️☺️☺️

I used to love going here. I recently took in one of my dogs and she came back very cute however, she had a lot of fleas. My dogs are indoor dogs who do not go outside. I was able to maintain the flea issue but when I brought her home and she wouldn’t stop scratching so I immediately had to bathe her. The fleas practically fell right off. Today I called twice to talk to someone about it because I was considering taking my other dogs even though I did not have the best experience recently. I wanted to talk to them about it because I paid around 80 dollars for a dog that I had to bathe as soon as I brought home from this facility. Unfortunately I did not get to because I was left on hold for 20 minutes then I tried again but the rep just hung up me. I don’t know - I wish the customer service was better. Now I need a new pet salon to go to.

We were happy with the cuts on our 2 dogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the nails weren't trimmed or they took very little off. But I was very happy with the front desk help and staff. Thank You.
