First time in the store after getting a bracelet for Christmas wanted to take advantage of the 50% off deal. From the start walking in the store the sales associate was rolling her eyes at every person in the store I noticed and didn’t want to even approach her. After walking around 3 times I finally stopped to ask what charms exactly were on sale and she proceeded to look annoyed with me for even asking. I had to leave because I wasn’t going to bring my business here! Another associate with curly hair embarrassing people who came in the store yelling “who let you in” you guys need to be more professional maybe have someone at the door greeting letting people in. First and last time in the store.

Bad customer service , we had a return to make and they troubled us so much stating we needed to present a “physical” PayPal card to proceed with return even when we showed manager we had a credit card linked to the PayPal account and the receipt showed we used that card on PayPal receipt to purchase. Took us over 20 minutes and being handed from one employee to the next to process our request. They are fast to take the money and slow to make things right. They insisted we choose something else to get credit, after the struggle our money was returned, no “physical” PayPal card presented.Please don’t respond with a number to call to explain , maybe someone should actually care of the service not simply answer to call a number to further explain.

Some chunky girl working there was so rude to someone I know from the beginning her attitude was off, she seemed like she was tired or working not sure but that’s no one’s fault you chose to work there so why take your anger or frustration out on customers. If you don’t like your job do only fans or something where respect isn’t needed.

They take forever. Came in for in store pickup and had to wait more than 20 minutes. They need to have a different line and an associate specifically for in store pickup

Bad service. We waited for over 30 minutes to exchange an item and be helped. Customer service representatives decided to help online orders before people who had been waiting in line. Ridiculous. Worst customer service.

Customer service was awful. They can't even get online orders completed correctly. This was the first time I've shopped here and will mostly likely the last time i ever shop Pandora jewelry.

Horrible service! Jewelry is beautiful. I own 4 pandora bracelets and a lot of charms, but I had to go to other pandora retailers because this one is horrible!

Horrible service. Workers there didn’t even bother to assist clients who were waiting for more than 20 minutes. One employee was just walking around like a chicken without a head, trying to butt into everyone’s business instead of assisting other clients who had been waiting for more than 20 minutes. Another one just casually folding papers when there was plenty. And the main worker didn’t seem to care or manage the employees correctly. Her name was Yolanda, horrible managing skills and manners. When it comes to a client they come first, and she kept trying to tell me that my item wasn’t properly maintained therefore I couldn’t ex hange it when the ring had no damage, none what so ever and it was purchased less than 3 days ago. Pandora at la plaza mall DO BETTER, Or fire people! Never going to this pandora ever again!

Went in today to exchange an item, and the salesperson Jocelyne was super rude. And this is not the 1st time I've had her be this way with me. I always come in, hoping she's not the one to help me, but sadly, she is.

Waited in line over 40 minutes for nothing. People were cutting and I asked why they were letting that happen and as per the manager I’m banned from going in. This is really how you guys treat your customers? This is sad and pathetic. Do better next time.

When I arrived and got in the very long line there were 5 clerks tending the customers, as the line got longer the clerks disappeared, I understand breaks and lunch hours but shorten the line then go on break or lunch, better customer service.

In a line of 30+ customers waiting outside, the associate went by asking customers what it was they needed. However she was not going one by one, she was skipping several customers and being rude. And when she was confronted about it, she threatened to call security on us and have us banned.You should treat all your customers equally Pandora, do better!
