I was returning a package with a prepaid shipping label from the company on it. I asked if I could please have a receipt and was told that was not available. Literally not helpful. You have to drag information out of him. I am not going back.

Very rude and sarcastic attendant. Not helpful at all. If your not familiar with shipping don’t expect to get help here. Will never do business here again.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, I'd use that option instead. The only reason this guy is still in business is because of location. There is only one old guy working there, he's rude. Not just "having a bad day" rude, "angry at every living organism in the world" rude can't even describe what this man is miserable over. Someone please buy out this business so he can retire and go be miserable in some random space he finally feels comfortable in and doesn't have to interact with free thinking individuals.

I don't know who David is (see the only other review) but if he is the older gentleman (not so gentle) who has always worked at this location, he must have been anointed with the light of Jesus the day Joyce went in for his services. Every other time I, or someone I know, has encountered this wonderful gem of a business owner, he is in the most foul of moods. It doesn't matter if you are respectful, smile, greet, or attempt to access the most polite of manners, this business owner is not having it and proceeds to "greet" you with the temper of a rattlesnake who hasn't eaten in a few days and it most certainly is YOUR fault for having graced him with your presence, and by presence I mean your business, so that he can continue to make a living. I am not a business owner, so I have no concept of customer service, or smiles, so don't take my word for it. If you are looking for extreme shipping, or simply an adventure in the world of postage, please go visit the bundle of joy and treasure that is waiting for you at Pak Mail on S. McColl.

As a customer my experience horrible, I was attended by the owner and he was very rude, also excessively expensive. Don't make the same mistake as me, avoid at all costs!!!

David at Pak Mail was extremely helpful when we needed to ship items to my husband's brother in California. When we purchased one box too large, David exchanged it for a smaller box easier to handle. When we finally got the boxes all packed (yes multiple boxes), he was helpful on which way was best to ship. We will recommend Pak Mail in this extremely convient location for handling any other shipments.

The beauty of being an owner/operator is the freedom to do with your business whatever you want; Even if it means running it into the ground. The terrible customer service and ridiculous shipping prices can't be good for business. Smile, greet, help your customers and reassess your pricing.

Costumer service is non existent! Old man was smoking a cigarette and told me Im gonna have to wait. I took my business to The UPS store on south 10th street. Way better service....

The guy that is always there (I believe he is the owner) is very rude and grumpy every time I have been in. If you can go somewhere else to mail I would strongly suggest to do so. I'm honestly surprised he is still in business.
