I am so looking forward to this place, my daughter wanted a sweatshirt, they told us the day they would arrive and we were there before they opened, and when we went in to look for it, the man named Juan already had everything set aside for resellers ? a man arrived and told him He said come here they are and he gave them all the small sizes, what a bother it's not fair my daughter wanted it for her own use and it wasn't enough even though I arrived first than all of them and this reseller took them all without less effort because Mr. Juan already knew I had them set aside before opening the store, I sent him photos and when he entered he opened the door to the back and gave them to him! I hope someone fixes it because it's not fair.

always has the cutest clothes that are in style, little bit pricey, but they have sales often plus i can’t find clothes as cute as these at many other places. definitely my go to spot to find a cute outfit. they also have a rewards system which i like using to get rewards on some purchases. there’s also a much bigger selection on pacsuns website with even cuter stuff. highly recommend.

Just had a really bad experience with the manager! Didn’t care to hear my story with my purchase. I was trying to return an item that was processed twice. It’s best you return items through mail if purchased online. Don’t recommend wasting your time coming to the store!!!
