Went to pick up a special order and encounter Jonathan with bad customer service. He was not helpful at all. He had an attitude that he calls professional but was more like lazy and rude. He lacked experience and knowledge. Seemed O'reilly hires anyone as manager.

It is a very good spare parts store, they sell very good quality products, the costs are good. The products you buy have a good guarantee and when you need to make a warranty claim you have no problem, they respect the guarantees.
