Took my truck in to have a dent fixed and buffed out under factory warranty. One stop shop made it look as if nothing ever happened! Mayra was the one able to set this all up! She's very friendly and quick to get you the help that you need, thank you Mayra!

I just want to praise Mayra for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to work with my schedule and made sure to listen to and address my specific vehicle’s issues.
I’ve taken my vehicle in to One Stop Shop for a windshield replacement and other minor aesthetic issues over the last few months and have been pleased with the turnaround time and quality of work.
I definitely recommend the shop and be sure to ask for Mayra to receive excellent customer service.

Mayra P. Has been fantastic! Her service and attention to detail has been the best. She takes the time to review her work carefully and find things I didn’t even see on my vehicle. Rene was also helpful in finding some things that needed fixing with my vehicle. By far, really happy with the way they treated me and how they made me feel like they would take care of my vehicle and myself. Great job!

Took in my Wife's 2021 Mazda CX5 to detail interior and sand buff it the entire experience went smooth starting with the representative that helped me out (Myra) she told care of everything for me did not have to deal with insurance reps she took care off approvals for the claim and getting it back to us in 3 days suv looks like new again thanks Myra
