A good friend of mine who is a very well-known realtor liked to give them business (not anymore). I started to do the same because I now rather give business to small shops. However, most of the time, some of the ladies can be rude and almost feel like they are judgemental. I had to buy last-minute gifts and like to give Mckenzie Childs items. Unfortunately, yesterday, the sales people, including the owner, were taking photos of items instead of giving their 100% attention to clients. Surely they can take photograps for social media when the store isn't so busy. The young lady who was helping me was apologetic because she was just doing her job. Very unfortunate that their level of customer service isn't great. From now on, I will do my shopping online or drive to SPI for any gifts. Hopefully, the company Mckenzie Childs will take into consideration that associating their brand with exceptional customer service is what makes them $. This shop is a shallow, superficial place to shop at, in my experience.
