they charge over 30.00 more for sticky shipping labels than wal mart. when i mentioned this. the cashier says, we match prices ! i do NOT work with people who try to rip me off, so therefore i will NO longer give you business even for my cardboard boxes. ill go to wal mart for those aswell.

I called in advance to see if they could trim the edges of a book for me and they said yes, they even gave me a price 75 cents per each side I had cut. Well I get there and they tell me that they can't do that, that they've never been able to do that. Ok so then why say yes over the phone and give me a price

The Office Depot located in my neighborhood is the best. And the peeps (workers) are hospitable. Service is always fast and projects delivered with accuracy, professionalism and friendliness. I also enjoy buying the Executive Coffee. Best place for office things. Love my peeps.

Came to do some printing after being treated like ?️ at good ole Gateway Printing near my office in Edinburg. Office Depot was very helpful! The girl at the printing kiosk happily helped us with our order and gave info about future orders. The print out looks amazing & we’ll be coming back for more!
I definitely recommend this location! It’s worth it to drive a little further and get excellent service and quality prints.

Gage gave really good customer service in the printing department, taking the time to be thorough and take pride in what he did major plus. The rest of the staff was friendly. The facilities can use a major upgrade and a deep cleaning.

So Office Depot is selling Equipment from companies that are closed down and refuse to help with an exchange or return fully knowing that we cannot go through the manufacturer for a repair. We bought a Shredder 6 months ago from Office Depot only to find out the company has been closed for 1 years. So Office Depot is knowingly selling Equipment that we can't get fixed and is also refusing to help customers.Can not trust the N. 10th st Office Depot in McAllen

It’s the only place i can really get refills for my pens. And I always find something extra that I also buy. I like shopping in person more than doing it on line to make sure I really get what I need. Seldom fails because of stock outs.

Needed something printed. There was a long line with only 2 employees to help and instead of adding more employees, the female employee decided to leave and left the one guy alone. Very disappointed at this service. Weslaco office depot is 100 times better.

Do not use the print shop if you want a set of construction plans. Spent $500+ to receive a set of plans without a binder on it. And on top of that, had to return because set was incomplete. They threw the missing pages in a bag and didn't even have the courtesy of putting them in order. Never again.
