Mostly good experiences at this store. Usually no complaints so this rating is strictly for this visit. I’ve been wanting some of the Sabrina Ionescu shoes. Well today I thought I lucked up when I saw a pair for $60. I grabbed them and tried them on. When I put them on I thought “hmmm, these feel weird”. I actually had the thought like “they feel broken in”. I take them off and look at them and sure enough they had been worn. Like you could actually see the white balls from someone’s socks inside the shoe on the heel and the bottom was dirty. My problem was that when I took them to the front to let the staff know she seemed to have an attitude about me bringing them to her and proceeded to tell me the policy about how they couldn’t have been worn because they don’t accept returns. CLEARLY! They were. Next time instead of telling me, a customer who was about to purchase worn shoes the policy, maybe offer a solution or look to see if you have another pair in the stock room.

I bought a pair of shoes in this store, but I got advanced lung cancer before I even wore them. Because of the disease, my feet were swollen, so I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. I haven't worn them yet and I still have the invoice. I begged for a long time, but they said it was not allowed. Oh, it's so inhumane. I'm so sad?
