We came to Uhaul to seek advice on how best to move our belongings from mcallen, texas to upstate New York, and we were fortunate to encounter Vincent who gave us two excellent suggestions. He was very nice and helpful and we are so glad we took his advice. Thank you, Vincent for helping us out.

Mr. Vicente was incredibly sweet twords myself, my sister and my son when we went for a trailer. He was able to assist me quickly with the prices and totals being more affordable than most and was kind to us when hooking it up for us at the end. He explained the wires hooked up for the brake lights and turning signals and he explained the speed limit on the trailer to ensure we don't hurt our selves or the items we were moving. He was also kind enough to offer my son a candy when he was becoming fussy in the office but that did not faze Mr. Vicente! He upsold me on needing a storage unit for the amount of time we had to move, explaining that it would cut down the stress of our timely move into 2. It was worth it, let me tell you. With the heat recently we needed the extra time. Mr. Vicente was very professional and detailed when it came to which size we would need for the items we were moving that weekend. 10 out of 10 - will absolutely be going back to rent from him again. Thank you Vicente!!!! Highly recommended for anyone's moving needs, ask for him specifically.

I just want to share with everyone that Vicente gave my wife and I the best customer service that I have had in a long time! Vicente saw me and my wife waiting outside before it was time to open but he took the initiative and opened his doors 10mins early to help us! To top it off, I had issues with my reservations “not his fault” and for the inconvenience he threw in there a dolly and some moving blankets! World class customer service!! Thank you Vicente!!!

We rented a climate-controlled storage room there, but the AC was off for three weeks. All my belongings were destroyed. When we asked management for a refund, they refused because we had moved out. The insurance they offer is inadequate and didn't cover my items. This is the worst storage facility I've ever rented from. Don't trust their climate control—it doesn't work.
