I’ve never shopped at a place where I felt so welcomed! The associate are over the top when it comes to customer service absolutely AMAZING! Millys curve has gained a forever customer not only are the employees amazing this is the only store I discovered that has my exact size in everything! Bad customer service. They had me waiting for 20 minutes. 3 of the employees were just hanging out at front and saw me waiting for the other lady to finish catering to another girl who was "best friends" with the manager. Finally after 25 minutes and they started to charge me the employee decided to take 3 phone calls. I waited so long that i was able to download Yelp and crate this review all in the time I stood at the register waiting. While only one other customer was in there.

I have had my eye on this store for a while now and I was excited to take a trip to the valley to visit Millys in particular. When arriving I was excited and of course I knew what shoes I wanted to take I asked a girl for a shoe size not only did she sound bothered when I asked her for a size but she also snatched the platform out of my hand. She attended one other customer and did not bother to attend any after that. I left disappointed only because I had my eye on the store and was willing to spend a good amount of money but customer service really lacked. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.
