I went in the other day the lady there was a big heavy set lady that looked completely dirty she was so rude she didn't even know English she yelled at me Español and when I asked her for a phone she said no she said get this phone it's better she picked the phone she wanted she said I've been here for 2 years I know what's best for you all I wanted was a cell phone that I'm familiar with .she said I should be glad that she was offering me some kind of promotion when I was porting over my number overall horrible experience. I have ported over a number before I was never treated with this level of unprofessionalism.
