UPDATE:Well here we go, finally got a chance to look for a new phone and went to see the guys at Metro PCS,was helped and I bought what they said was the newest phone on the market,just dropped that day kind of thing,going smooth so far,get home a few hours later, phone's freezing up and acting weird, screen's not working right,looks like it's glitching, sending text messages in Chinese kind of thing. Had a doctor's appointment in San Antonio and phone's even worse,got back to town, went in the next day and explained everything wrong with the phone and they tell me they have to see it personally and I explained to them it was late at night, San Antonio,etc,etc,etc. and said they couldn't do anything for help,once the sale was done,sold as is. I changed to Metro because of issues with the previous company I was with for many years,but at least they always helped me out,of course I was getting ripped off,but they helped anyways. If you need phone service,after my experience here,sell you a phone and new service,but offer 0 aftercare and help,no thanks,go elsewhere. The employees have been trying to help and I really appreciate that gesture. Got a response from the owner or someone in charge who said come in so we can help you out,what a joke,no one to help,no calls,texts from whoever said come in for help. Paid cash for a brand new phone that just dropped that day,had a doctor's visit in San Antonio and couldn't make it till I got back home. The store manager has been a no show,the district manager or anyone in charge has been a joke,went in again,no help,no replacement phone. Tell you customers out there,go elsewhere,get better service and Metro PCS management,get trained better in customer service,we are the one's who help you keep your job.

Horrible staff. Gave me conflicting information and wouldn't even admit it. They charged me to switch phones so I could use the old one on another network. Gave the phone as Christmas gift and when the recipient went to activate it they said it was still locked. When I went back to Metro, they told me they couldn't unlock phones even though they told me they unlocked it last time. Very ignorant, incompetent, and inconsiderate.
